Shipping Within Australia

We currently only ship within Australia.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

🐾 Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping Australia-wide, with estimated delivery in 2-6 business days.
🐾 Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery in 1-3 business days.
🐾 Delivery times may vary based on location, postal delays, or peak seasons.

Click and Collect

Free click and collect available in Armstong Creek, Victoria. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. Select click and collect at checkout. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If you experience a delay, please check your tracking details. If your package is lost or missing, contact us at creativepupco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
