Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Damaged Items

While we carefully package every order, we cannot control what happens once it leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at creativepupco@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
